📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
HEYPAUL ist eine KI-Unternehmensberatung und Personal Brand im Bereich Vibe Coding und AI Tools. Wir produzieren regelmaessig Content fuer YouTube, Instagram, TikTok und eine wachsende Community. Kein Konzern, kein langweiliges KMU. Du arbeitest direkt mit mir (Paul) am Unternehmen, das zeigt, wie man mit KI ein Business aufbaut. Jetzt suchen wir Verstaerkung, um das Branding stärker aufzubauen.
Aufgaben
Du begleitest mich mindestens 2x pro Woche bei Content-Drehs in Berlin. Du filmst Tutorials, Vlogs und andere kreative Formate. Du bringst eigene Ideen fuer Shots, Perspektiven und Storytelling mit. Du erstellst B-Roll, Setup-Shots und Behind-the-Scenes Material. Du denkst mit und entwickelst dich aktiv weiter.
Qualifikation
Studium im Bereich Film, Medien, Kommunikation oder vergleichbar. Eigene Kamera ist ein Plus, Smartphone-Level reicht fuer den Start. Gespuer fuer Social-Media-taugliche Aufnahmen (Vertical Video, Hooks, schnelle Schnitte). Zuverlaessigkeit - Termine sind Termine. Interesse an Tech, KI und Startups ist ein grosses Plus. Deutsch fliessend, Englisch von Vorteil.
