As a Junior Account Executive, you'll work directly with our clients and their consumers to assist with brand promotion, sales, and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:Assisting with the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate execution of client requests.Developing a deep understanding of client needs, products, and services to provide effective support and solutions.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for their inquiries and concerns.Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate and deliver client projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations.Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.Providing regular updates and reports on account status, highlighting key metrics and trends.Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and insights.
Qualifications:Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Local candidates only
