Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role for a remote Medical Office Manager at Viiota. The Medical Office Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations in a virtual setting, including communication with patients, customer service and enrolling new patients, billing credit cards, responding to patient emails and chat messages, and performing receptionist duties. The Medical Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and facilitating effective patient care. Knowledge of Word and uploading documents required. Knowledge of EMR systems is a must with at least two years of experience. Knowledge of the Tebra/Kareo EMR system is a plus
