Role DescriptionThe Controller is responsible for the timely preparation and execution of daily financial functions, financial analysis, and financial reporting for Virginia Ear, Nose & Throat Associates, P.C., Virginia ENT Surgery Center, LLC and V.E.N.T.A., LLC. The Controller works closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on preparing routine and ad hoc reports relating to the productivity and financial performance of the business units.
Qualifications
Experience in financial statement preparation, financial analysis, and financial reportingStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial dataSolid knowledge of finance and accounting principlesProficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Quickbooks is perferred)Excellent organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEffective communication and interpersonal skillsRequired Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
