π Role Overview & Responsibilities
As our Supply Chain Department grows, we are looking for ANOTHER Buyer with a genuine passion for excellence and a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company.
Role: Support the Procurement Team in the purchase of goods, materials and services to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.
Responsibilities include: Responsible for purchasing manufacturing materials needed for productionTake inventory of current production productsNegotiate deals with suppliers, finding alternative buying options as neededWork with International suppliers/purchasingDeliver a weekly report on open / closed purchasing itemsIdentify and track cost savings from a supply chain aspectAssist supply chain manager with maintaining inventory levels dailyCommunicate with the management team to ensure all orders are accurate
Qualifications:Bachelorβs degree, preferred1-4 years of experienceStrong negotiation skills & business acumenSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary:$65,000-70,000, depending on qualifications and experience
