Position Overview:We are in search of a driven and collaborative Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a background in transaction services and/or audit from a Big 4 public accounting firm, with a keen interest in the areas of M&A advisory services, private-equity, and due diligence processes. Successful candidates will demonstrate intellectual curiosity, diligence, and a collaborative spirit, along with a robust grasp of financial statements, GAAP principles, and proficiency in advanced Excel techniques.

Responsibilities & Duties:Excellent knowledge of core management consulting principles including project management & change management.Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others to achieve deadlines.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, ability to prioritize efforts, and work across multiple initiatives simultaneously.Manage day-to-day communication with senior team members, acquisition targets, and clients.Assist clients in developing and executing process improvements during periods of growth, change, and disruption.Collaborate with senior management to evaluate potential risks and benefits of M&A transactions.Utilize Excel to create complex and sophisticated deliverables.Handle multiple deals simultaneously, multitasking and embracing new challenges.Synthesize data effectively and convey insights through presentations.

Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.5-7+ years of professional experience in a related field.CPA license preferred.Strong strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Dynamic, highly motivated individual who collaborates effectively, cultivates relationships, and works autonomously.Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.Ability to produce accurate and timely deliverables.Thorough understanding of financial statements and GAAP.Knowledge of transaction services/M&A due diligence, audit, and/or consulting.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Ability to travel occasionally within the United States.
