DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Secretary/Assistant at our Fort Lauderdale office. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our attorneys and legal team while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls. Document management: Print, Scan, and assemble packages to send to USCIS.Case Management: Create and update cases in our CMS (Case Management System).Calendar Management: Manage the Attorneyβs calendars.
Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree.Prior experience in an office administration role.Excellent customer support and communication skills over the phone.Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct in handling client matters.Exceptional organizational skills.
