Job Description: Responsibilities:Project Management in the area of PLM (Windchill) technologyManage multiple projects end to endResponsible for the administration activities of the team for project setup, resource identification and allocation, timesheets, invoicing and communication with the customerWork on delivery margins, and reports to Delivery ManagerClient facing, relationship management, account management on projects entirely offshore and coordination with corresponding sales partnersPlanning and tracking of the tasks for team of size of 5+Creation of Proposals, project offers / sub project offersResponsible for Quality, Cost and Delivery of the projects and services committed to the customerKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience5-8 years of experience in handling PLM Projects with engineering backgroundAt least 2-3 yrs in project management roles with customer interfacing/handling teamShould possess strong process management, project management, configuration management and team handling skillsAttention to detail and thoroughness are preferredShould be aware of CMMI and ISO standardsShould be willing to provide hands on guidance and mentor the project teamsGood Communication and Interpersonal skills are a must
