Summary of Position and Duties:Welcoming and engaging customers as they enter the Visitor CenterWorking with cash registers and processing payments with accuracyAssist with tour bookings and assist customers with tour information.Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closingManage all aspects for the on-line store; including orders, posting merchandise and descriptions.Provide support in all aspects of retail procedures; ticket sales, receiving, merchandising, and inventory controls.Provide general inquiries via phone, email and in person about the city and all the city’s offerings including tours, attractions, and other things to do.
Key Qualifications:Experience and excellent skills in customer serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong computer, point of sale (POS), and database skillsCash handling experienceAble to work independently
