📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Job Coach to join the Vista team.
Benefits and Paid Time-Off are available for eligible employees based on the regular number of hours worked.
Job Type/Shift Information: Full-Time, 35 to 40 hours per week, or Part-Time, 20 to 25 hours per week. We are open to discussing your availability for hours, and we want to make a match between your schedule and our needs. Shifts may include a weekend rotation on an occasional basis. We are also staffing for Per Diem shifts.
Responsibilities for a Job Coach include
Assisting individuals with disabilities to learn and perform job duties and supporting the individual during the onboarding process.Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for members to reach key goals and milestones in their journey towards independenceSupporting the evaluation process and providing appropriate trainings
Requirements for a Job Coach include
High School Diploma or equivalentOne (1) year of related experienceValid Driver’s License with a safe driving record
Location: You will work with our members at employment sites in the surrounding communities.
Hourly Rate: $19.00, plus eligible mileage reimbursement
