Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing instructional materials, developing training programs, managing learning systems, and curriculum development. This is a hybrid role located in Phoenix, AZ, with flexibility for some remote work.
Skills Required
Customer service and team building; group dynamics and facilitation; instructional system design, including distance learning technology; interpersonal relations; maintaining large volumes of information about complex programs; problem analysis, research, and resolution; reporting, organization, scheduling and/or tracking information; and using computer applications, such as Google Workspace. Knowledge of industry standards and strong technology experience.
