Position Summary:The Full Time Assistant Director at Vivaldi Music Academy are key roles for operations. This position requires a person who is detail oriented, people person, has sales experience and has a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:Sales and Goal Oriented: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that inquiries from prospective students and parents are handled efficiently and effectively.Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns that align with the academy's mission and reach enrollment goals.Student and Parent Communication:Communicate with students and parents regarding scheduling, events, and general inquiries.Foster positive relationships with students and parents to enhance the overall experience at the academy.Faculty Support:Coordinate teacher schedules and provide support to ensure a positive teaching environment.Event Planning including bi-annual recitals and summer recitals.
Qualifications:Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business or administration.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and other relevant software.Previous experience in music education or arts administration is a plus.
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 12pm - 8pm and Saturday 8:30am - 5pm. Schedule will be determined based on availability.
Pay: $41,600.00 per year with health benefits and paid time off.
