Summary
In this role, you will implement and support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) related solutions. You will provide technical support for existing EDI processes and systems including Dell Boomi and other eCommerce-related applications.
Responsibilities
Technical implementation of trading partners’ EDI to Vizient’s eCommerce solutions leveraging Dell Boomi.Design, configure, develop, enhance, test, deliver, and debug EDI related maps and processes.Develop, implement, and follow best practices as it relates to integrating and supporting trading partners.Establish and support trading partner connectivity to Vizient eCommerce systems.Collaborate with trading partners, software vendors, and Vizient internal departments to successfully implement and support Vizient’s eCommerce solutions.Provide Tier-2 support and 24/7 EDI support as-needed on a rotation for Vizient's eCommerce Exchange.
Qualifications
Relevant degree preferred.5 or more years of related EDI experience is required.Experience in developing maps and processes in Dell Boomi required.Experience with eXtensible Markup Language (XML), EDI, and flat file mapping is required.Knowledge of implementing Web Services required.Strong knowledge of industry standards supporting EDI transactions including 810, 850, 855, 856, and 832 required.Strong knowledge of communication protocols such as Applicability Statement 2 (AS2), and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) required.Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript or Groovy Script required.Dell Boomi Associate Developer certification preferred.Knowledge of healthcare procure-to-pay processes a plus.
