Promise Arizona (PAZ) is a membership organization dedicated to recruiting, training, and supporting a new generation of leaders from across the state to build a better Arizona, one in which all residents will have the opportunity to achieve their full potential
While volunteering as a Community Organizer with Promise AZ, you will create an impact in your community while also shaping your current skills and acquiring new ones!
How will you help your community reach its full potential?
A Community Organizer will
Work with a collaborative team to register diverse communities to vote.Manage a team of field volunteers (based on experience).Work closely with staff to develop winning strategies to meet benchmark goals.Participate in trainings related to civic engagement and voter registration techniques, as well as electoral organizing.Focus on combating Arizona's hostile, anti-immigrant enviroment.Help our Field Organizer coordinate and organize community engagement events
