Overview Precious Pairs Disaster Management seeks dedicated and compassionate Volunteer Interviewers to assist in our recruitment process by conducting interviews with potential volunteers. These individuals will play a crucial role in identifying and onboarding volunteers who are passionate about disaster response and recovery efforts, ensuring that we have the right people in place to effectively manage emergencies and support affected communities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Interviews Carry out face-to-face or virtual interviews with prospective volunteers, assessing their suitability for various roles within the organization.Screen Applicants Review applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and demonstrate a strong interest in disaster management.Coordinate Scheduling Arrange interview times that accommodate both the candidates and the internal team’s availability.Document Feedback Provide detailed feedback and recommendations on each candidate to the Volunteer Coordination team to aid in the decision-making process.Maintain Confidentiality Handle all candidate information with strict confidentiality and integrity.Participate in Training Engage in interviewer training sessions to understand best practices and maintain consistency in interviewing techniques.
