Logistics Team Member - Warehouse

The ideal candidate will be very organized and highly motivated and able to balance multiple tasks daily. The Warehouse Associate will assist the warehouse team with making sure that all jobs scheduled for the next day have all materials and equipment pulled and staged for our installers. The Warehouse Associate will list return material when necessary and return materials to stock, as well as maintain the shop and yard in a clean and orderly fashion.

What You’ll Do: Loads and unloads material within a warehouse or storage facility. Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks and within the storage facility. Records flow information of materials and products. Assists with overall warehouse operations, planning, and daily activities, and inventory management. Supports the planning of efficient layouts, workflows, and utilization of warehouse space. Monitors the safety and security of goods and materials. Utilizes an inventory management system through Monday.com, a propriety production database, and/or other computer software to track, analyze, and report processes and performance.Maintains a clean and organized area. Performs other tasks as needed.

What You’ll Bring:High school diploma or equivalent is required.Previous warehouse, inventory, or parts experience is beneficial, but not required.Previous experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or similar trades/businesses is beneficial, but not required.OSHA Forklift Operator Certification is required.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate with a sense of urgency.Multitasking and capable of working in a fast-paced work environment.A team player, personable, customer-oriented, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.Safety and customer service focused.Strong computer and technology skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Calendar.Upbeat personality with a warm and friendly demeanor.Fluent English-speaking and writing skills.Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb. Must be able to work in an unconditioned warehouse.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, unassisted. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
