📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading our project teams and ensuring the successful completion of organizational projects. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level project initiatives. As a leader in our project management office, you will oversee a variety of projects from both the Production Department and the PR Department . ResponsibilitiesDevelop and update project plans, including project objectives, technologies, systems, specifications, and schedules.Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.Assess current or future customer needs and priorities through direct interaction, market research or other means.Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials.Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs.Establish and execute a project internal communication plan
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related quantitative field.2+ years of project management and related experience.Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.Excellent analytical skills.Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.R Studio, Stata, SQL, and Tableau experience preferred.

Working ConditionsPrimarily in an office environment. Will require travel to project sites.May require working outside of the regular business hours on occasion.
