VXForward has a great opportunity for a Project Manager(Epicor Kinetic) - Roseville, MN with one of our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:As the Project Manager for the Epicor Kinetic implementation project, you will be responsible for overseeing the review, optimization, and enhancement of the ERP system to meet the specific needs. The project aims to evaluate the current system setup, processes, and procedures, identifying opportunities for automation within the Epicor Kinetic framework. The ultimate goal is to streamline business operations, improve financial reporting, facilitate the general ledger closing process, and reconcile.

Job Duties:Lead the project team in reviewing the current Epicor Kinetic system setup, processes, and procedures within the division.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for optimization and enhancement to align with business objectives.Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project milestones and objectives.Coordinate with internal and external resources, including technical experts and consultants, to implement system enhancements and automation.Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and updates regarding the project, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders.Conduct regular status meetings, risk assessments, and issue resolution sessions to keep the project on track.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the optimized Epicor Kinetic system.Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure long-term sustainability and maintenance of system enhancements.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience in project management, preferably in ERP implementation projects.Experience with Epicor Kinetic or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.Strong understanding of financial processes and procedures, particularly in government or public sector environments.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Solid organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple concurrent projects.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a collaborative environment.PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
