Manage clear expectations by establishing clear timelines, milestones, and providing transparency on risks, dependencies, and issues through status reporting. 3.Experience 10to14yrs 4.Required Skills Technical Skills- ,SQL Developer,PL/SQL,SQL,Analysis and Design Domain Skills- ,Governance, Risk & Compliance 5.Nice to have skills Techincal Skills- Domain Skills- 6.Technology Data Quality & Data Governance 7.Shift Day 8.Roles & Responsibilities 5 plus years of Business Analysis at a buy side Fixed Income firm Experience in various Fixed Income instruments is required e.g. U.S. Treasuries, Investment Grade, High Yield, EMD, Mortgages, Sovereign Debt or Government Bonds, Corporate Bonds, OTCD, and Repos Working knowledge of data governance and ability to ensure high data quality is maintained throughout the data lifecycle of a project Proficient in writing SQL queries and understand stored procedures Innate ability to assess current process and suggest change driven solutions to enhance business outcomes Proficiency in technical tools and techniques for data analysis, documentation, and system analysis like SQL, data modeling, system architecture Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to conduct root cause analysis on system, process or production problems and ability to provide viable solutions Experience working with large data sets Knowledge of business analysis best practices and industry standards. Basic knowledge of python Advance knowledge of Excel Experience with Application Lifecycle Management or ALM tools like Jira, Confluence Your Desired Skills Bachelors degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or a relate
