Utilize expertise in Amazon's Vendor and Seller Central platforms to effectively manage client accounts.Proactively identify and resolve issues, errors, and chargebacks within the platforms.Independently manage multiple client accounts, balancing their needs efficiently.Interpret and analyze data to develop strategic solutions for account-level issues.Adapt to the asynchronous engagement model, effectively communicating with diverse clients.Collaborate with the sales team to nurture client relationships and facilitate continued growth.
