📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of solid family law experience and be able to work independently. Seasoned family law attorneys with 10-15 years of experience are very much encouraged to apply and will be compensated accordingly. We are also open to a solo who is tired of dealing with the back-office headache and would like to join a firm.
Candidate must be self-motivated, driven, an advocate for our clients, have the ability to multi-task, and work in a team environment. The attorney will be responsible for all aspects of family law litigation including client communication, drafting of pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, trials, and mediation.
