Qualifications
New York licensed attorneyAt least 1 years of experience in elder law, estate planning and estate administrationClient service oriented with the ability to meet with clients and assess their needsOrganized, team player who is considerate and able to work well with othersSelf-motivated and proactive in organizing work, able to anticipate issuesStrong critical thinking and problem solving skillsAdditional practices with room for growth and education in Financial Services and Accounting.
Responsibilities
Drafting, proofreading, and finalizing estate planning documents.Estate administration processing from start to finish.Communication with clients, financial institutions and courtsMarketing, social media projects and community events for firmConcierge service to clientsSupport of the Medicaid intake, processing, and review with DSS.
