Superior knowledge of the Construction industry, Glazing preferred
7+ years of managing field personnel
Proficient in Construction Industry Systems, applications, and Processes.
Fluent in English, verbal and written
HS Diploma Required, College Courses Preferred
Clean driver's record
Skills
Computer Literacy, familiar with Microsft Office 365 and ERP computer packages
Excellent time management. decision making. problem-solving and organizational skills.
Strong Written, Verbal, and team-building skills.
Excellent attention to detail and listening skills. Coachable.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and work ethic.
Ability to consistently meet all deadlines. Follow-up skills are a must. Solutions-driven.
Able to meet some physical requirements: walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, etc.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Manage the daily activities at the work site.
Responsible for the overall progress of the project.
Hiring and Training of field personnel.
Efficient in scheduling of field personnel and the delivery of materials at the site.
Assist in planning the construction site.
Communication with clients.
Organize the project, handling and solving issues in the field.
Keep management aware of any major issues in the field.
Expectations
Full-time, salaried non-exempt position with overtime potential.
Business hours are M-F, 8 am-5 pm, additional hours may be required on deadlines.
Comply with all company conduct guidelines.
Must always present a clean and professional appearance.
To be well-groomed and wear clean clothing, free of holes, tears, or other signs of wear.
Ability to maintain multiple projects simultaneously.
Company is a drug-free environment.
