A thriving Boutique Immigration law Firm in Pennsylvania is seeking an Immigration Attorney specializing in removal defense. This law firm provides top-tier legal services while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Role And Responsibilities
Represents clients in Immigration Court appearance (EOIR) with confidence and professionalism. Guide and support clients through naturalization and marriage interviews with US Citizenship and Immigration Services. Prepare persuasive memoranda and documentation to support client cases. Conduct client meetings in detention centers as required, demonstrating empathy, and understanding. Efficiently manage a significant caseload, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are well informed throughout the process. Offer comprehensive legal advice and guidance to the clients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their cases.
Skills And Qualifications
Fluency in both Spanish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Admission to the bar in any US Jurisdiction Minimum one year of experience in asylum and litigation Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail Comfortable using legal software and open to learning new technologies. Proven track record of handling both affirmative and defensive asylum cases independently.
