Full Job Description
Company has been providing customers unsurpassed service in Florida for over 28 years. We perform a wide variety of services throughout Florida and some additional states. Some of these services include Multimillion construction projects; waterproof coatings, texture coatings, wall covering installation, and of course, painting of both Exterior and Interior commercial projects both new construction and re-paints. We use from the finest grade of paints to commercial grade coatings and materials to ensure longevity and a quality end product.
We are seeking a Junior Estimator for Painting Contractor to join our team! You will oversee multiple projects,
Responsibilities
Help to oversee all aspects of construction contracts from award to closing.Prepare submittals, change orders.Prepare and revise scope of work.Order submittals and maintain logs.Coordinate with Project Managers, Supervisors and Subs Supervise and track job cost of materials, labor and other expenses.Maintain, revise and execute RCO, PO and Sub Logs.Perform take offs on Onscreen software and submit all closing documents.Understand the project/program and its requirements.
Qualifications
Knowledge on reading construction documents such as Blueprints, Specs, etc.Previous experience in commercial construction preferred.Experience in paint preferred.Proven experience as junior estimator or similar positionFamiliarity with construction management software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc, and Onscreen.Deadline and detail-orientedExcellent organizational skillsWilling to growTeam PlayerHours 8-5 with some overtimeBilingual is a plus

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
