Our legal client is seeking a talented PERM lawyer to work onsite within their growing and thriving Baton Rogue, LA market.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admission to a state bar association Proven experience as a PERM attorney, with a minimum 2 years experience Excellent legal research and writing abilities Proficiency in using legal research platforms such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Duties
Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, contracts, and briefs Attend meetings and conferences with clients to discuss case strategies and updates
