Job Description
Actively seeking a Project Manager for civil engineering and architectural-based projects in Ascension Parish, with a minimum of 5 years experience in project management. Ideal candidates will have construction or project planning experience and the ability to work closely with project team partners. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, coordinating deliverables with senior staff, and ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and scope. Position requires strong communication skills, developing deadlines, identifying project activities, monitoring progress of projects, and providing project summaries both internally and to clients.
Minimum Qualifications
Detailed oriented, self-directed professional. Should be willing to work in a team setting. Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent computer skills with databases, Excel, Microsoft Word Critical thinking, problem solving, deadline driven Comfortable in a collaborative, sometime fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Ability to develop and track project scopes of work, timelines and budgets Familiarity with construction administration or construction management practices Communication skills Ability to analyze and advise senior staff on project options and issues Ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines and deliverables concurrently
