Job Description
We are looking for a Litigation Associate with 3 - 5 years' experience to join our Transportation, Construction, Aviation, Subrogation, Premises Liability, Medical Malpractice, & Negligent Security Litigation practice areas in our Dun woody office. Our litigation attorneys represent Fortune 100 companies, drivers, and liability insurers in the transportation industry, including motor carriers, package delivery companies, ride share companies, ambulances, utilities, and other commercial motor vehicle operators. Also have extensive experience handling liability claims on behalf of property owners and managers, including retail, restaurant, multifamily, other commercial properties, contractors, and subrogated insurers.

3-5 years of relevant workplace experience, including experience with a broad range of civil litigation, such as insurance defense, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, general liability, and other tort claimsExcellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skillsDemonstrate ability to independently produce quality work productExcellent attention to detail at all timesStrong organisational, case management, and time management skills, including managing numerous cases at onceAbility to work on a collaborative team and effectively utilise other professionalsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesStrong client acquisition and development abilityStrong commitment to continued client development activity
