📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are currently seeking skilled Power BI Designers to join our dynamic team for an upcoming project. The ideal candidates should be designers first and foremost, with a deep understanding of Power BI functionalities and design principles. The project aims to develop enhanced Power BI front-ends and integrate them efficiently with our existing data structures. This fast-paced project requires dedicated professionals who can deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities: • Design and develop high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards. • Ensure effective integration of Power BI solutions with existing data sources. • Collaborate with the data team to understand data structures and determine the best ways to visualize and report data. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs. • Optimize and maintain existing Power BI reports and dashboards. • Provide guidance and support on Power BI best practices to team members and stakeholders. • Stay updated with the latest Power BI updates and features to enhance reporting and analytical capabilities.
Requirements: • Proven experience as a Power BI Designer or similar role. • Strong understanding of Power BI and its advanced features. • Ability to design intuitive and effective data visualizations. • Knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and data warehousing principles. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
Desirable: • Experience with DAX, Power Query, and M language. • Understanding of business intelligence best practices and methodologies. • Familiarity with other data visualization tools and software.
