Overnight Manager - Waldorf Astoria Park City

Waldorf Astoria is looking for an Overnight Manager to join this fantastic team in Park City!

With 150 rooms, 4,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, this award-winning Forbes 4-Star boutique property offers elevated comfort food inspired by mountain regions from around the world. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, seasonal pool restaurant, and in-room dining.

In this role, you will manage a team of typically 5 team members and will be reporting directly to the front desk director.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality front desk experience and preferably at least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.

What will I be doing?

As Night Manager, you would be responsible for directing and overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safetyMonitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordinglyAct as Manager on Duty and on behalf of the General Manager in his/her absenceTour hotel interior and exterior to ensure the property and facilities are functional, presentable to established standards and safe for guests and team membersOversee preparation of daily summary reportsMonitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, assigning nightly work, conducting training, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
