REQ ID – 32996255ROLE – Technical Program Manager/Product Quality ManagerLOCATION – Cupertino, CA (Hybrid) MAIN SKILLS – Technical Program Management, Experience in Manufacturing engineering, Experience managing Product development lifecycle, experience managing OEM factories, Experience in developing factory infrastructure requirements, process flows, end-to-end factory layout, setting equipment requirements, Experience in performing DFM/DFT, Tolerance Analysis, DOE, Statistical Analysis, Statistical Process Control, Functional understanding of surface mount technology and data center hardware Key Qualifications• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering• Excellent project management skills, demonstrated ability to effectively manage OEM factories• Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix organization• Experience in managing a product from early development builds through steady state production• Experience in developing factory infrastructure requirements, process flows, end-to-end factory layout, setting equipment requirements• Direct experience in developing processes, tools and equipment for final assembly• Experience in performing DFM/DFT, Tolerance Analysis, DOE, Statistical Analysis, Statistical Process Control• Functional understanding of surface mount technology and data center hardware is a plus• JMP, Minitab & Six Sigma experience is a plus Job Details: • Technical lead for manufacturing operations at multiple vendors and production sites• Driving contract manufacturer preparation for pre-production builds• Production process development, documentation, optimization and validation• Leads development of production equipment and fixturing in conjunction with CMs and equipment vendors• Leads DFM analysis and works in conjunction with HW engineering in optimizing the design• Manages development builds and production ramp• Works all phases of a product from concept to repeat manufacturing to end of life• Generates Product Quality Plan (PQP) across supply chain (component suppliers to FATP)• Manages quality across the supply chain and leads root cause analysis and corrective actions• Works with customer teams on tracking in-the-field failures/RMAs and drives corrective actions• Manages weekly tech ops and quality updates
