Position Summary: Audit Supervisors and Audit Managers work with A&A Partners in planning, implementing, and controlling various attest engagements to ensure quality of work on a timely basis.

Responsibilities

Ability to design and utilize advanced analytical techniques to drive engagement efficiencyReview and prepare workpapers and work performed by the audit team to ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, Internal Revenue Code, and other professional standards in a timely and professional mannerOversee the process of an audit from start to finish, analyzing potential problems, and recommending solutionsMonitor the quality of our product and the performance of our audit teamAbility to supervise, train, and coach staffUnderstand client service relationships and how to utilize firm resources to maximize client satisfactionResponsible for billing in accordance with agreed upon termsPerform other duties as assigned

Requirements

5-7 years relevant work experience requiredCurrent or previous experience as an Audit Supervisor or Manager in a public accounting firm requiredCurrent CPA license requiredExperience with operating companies and not-for-profits preferredStrong leadership and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
