Develop and execute design verification plans and protocols to ensure that product designs meet specified requirements and standards.Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to identify, analyze, and address design issues throughout the verification process.Document and communicate verification results, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Implement and maintain robust risk management processes in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and risks associated with products and processes.Perform comprehensive hazard analyses to identify potential safety hazards and failure modes within products and processes.Recommend and implement appropriate risk controls to mitigate identified hazards and ensure product safety.Develop and maintain PFMEA documents to systematically identify and address potential failure modes within manufacturing and quality processes.Facilitate PFMEA reviews with relevant stakeholders to ensure comprehensive identification and mitigation of process risks.Monitor the effectiveness of implemented controls and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on PFMEA findings.
