We are looking for a Business Operations Senior Manager to lead, grow and evolve our workflows and business processes across sales, marketing, product, engineering and legal. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication skills along with strong organizational skills and a bias towards driving action. You will partner with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders including sales, legal, product, and marketing teams.
You will make an impact by:Evolving how product, marketing, sales and legal engage and work together on new product launchesEnsuring that cross-functional teams have clarity around roles, responsibilities and timelinesSupport leadership with setting goals and establishing trackable metricsDeveloping a cross-functional view across our go-to-market, product and legal teams to ensure that we are tracking key activities, blockers and milestonesStreamlining how we work with partners and customers, including supplier setup, procurement, invoicing and paymentsStructuring and managing the agendas, presentations and action items for team meetings and offsites to ensure that all team member are on the same page.Supporting leadership with executive business updates and internal communications
Preferred qualifications and experiences (not all required)5+ years of marketing and/or business operations experienceStrong ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with cross functional stakeholdersStrong analytical, verbal and written communications skillsStrong project management, negotiation and organization skillsWilling to travel for events and team meetings, as needed
