As a Sr Analyst for Waste and Recycling Operations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with compliance, field teams, sustainability, and vendors to support all Waste and Recycling programs at Walmart Stores, Sam's Club, and Supply Chain. Waste and Recycling programs include Cardboard Recycling, Green Waste, Organic and Meat Recycling, Metal Recycling, Mixed Recycling, Plastic Film Recycling, Solid Waste and Trash. You will serve as a resource for Facility Services associates and provide support with Waste and Recycling escalations daily. You will also need to ensure that all communication is sent to stores and updated in the work order management system.

Thriving in a fast-paced, high-demand team, responsible for numerous Waste and Recycling programs and initiatives across our fleet.Providing quality service to all Walmart Inc. retail and non-retail locations.Managing escalations reported to our team to resolution.Creating and driving relationships with internal and external stakeholdersHolding vendors accountable to schedules of services, ensuring scheduled services are performed, and optimize services when and where necessary to the business.Managing the flow of work orders and driving completion timelines according to the scope of work defined.Coordinating support with vendors and communicating ETAs with stakeholders.Analyzing and researching risk and compliance concerns as well as data.Monitoring and reporting on business strategies.

You'll sweep us off our feet if...

You have 1 - 3 years of experience with data analysis and insights.You have experience with Service Channel or other related work order systems.You have strong analytical skills.You are proficient in MS Office.You can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.You have strong attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field OR 2 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or relevant area.
