Description:Do you have 5+ years of Human Resource Experience? Our client is currently seeking a Director of Human Resources to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:Establish an environment that supports the company's mission and strategic plan.Create and implement plans to recruit, attract and retain employees.Manage staff training and development.Oversee maintenance of records, regulations, payroll processing, employee benefits, and wellness initiatives.Coaches leadership team on policy and procedures, as well as provides resolutions to employee conflicts.Construct and implement a compensation program that produces effective performance.Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and OSHA/DOT regulations. Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5-7 years of professional management human resource experience.PHR/SPHR certification is required.Ability to travel.Strong verbal and written communication skills are required as well as excellent problem-solving skills.Extensive knowledge of HR management, policies, and health and wellness plans.
