Senior Accountant We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. This position will drive continuous improvement and significantly contribute to the team; responsible for accounting and reporting activities for Warming Trends and Live Outdoors.

Job Responsibilities: Reports to and works closely with the Company’s Controller to oversee the department Lead personnel in daily tasks and month-end close process, including preparing and recording journal entries, preparing accruals, performing reconciliations and analysis Guide, train, delegate responsibilities, and support personnel on system processes Assist personnel in resolving accounts receivable and accounts payable inquiries, issues, and discrepancies. Support personnel with the maintenance of sales and inventory pricing, sales tax, chart of accounts, customer and vendor master data Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to obtain necessary support to process transactions. Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of risks, discrepancies, and improvements and alert the Controller when necessary. Support Controller with the external audit process, including coordination and preparation of audit schedules and documentation Ensure all processes performed comply with the Company’s policies, procedures, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and other regulatory bodies Verify that internal controls related to accounting processes are in place and effective, and provide technical accounting research and guidance as it pertains to US GAAP topics Drive automation and simplification across accounting tasks Assist with new ERP system implementation Other duties and adhoc projects as needed

Knowledge/Skills: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting Five or more years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting Experience working with ERP systems Strong understanding of GAAP Accounting and reporting Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills

Job Type: Full-time

Annual Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus
