We are currently looking for our Clinical Services Manager for our Richmond, VA office. This is an outstanding opportunity for a registered nurse who wants to make a real difference and who has the entrepreneurial spirit and drive to help lead the development of an outstanding skilled nursing practice.

Essential Functions

The Clinical Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for the following:

Providing and managing clinical oversight of skilled and non-skilled home caregivers.Managing our Nurse Case Manager(s).Managing other nurses providing infusion services.Ensuring that care is delivered appropriately, and the standards of quality are adhered to.

Additional responsibilities include the training, orientation and supervision of our field staff, case management, compliance, regulatory requirements and some hands-on nursing care, as well as some on call responsibility.

Qualifications for the Position

Bachelor's degree (Nursing degree preferred)Must have graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited programCurrent unrestricted RN license to practice in VirginiaMinimum of 2 years' experience as Clinical Services Manager/ Director of Nursing and/or working within a healthcare office settingMinimum of 2 years' experience providing infusion servicesHome healthcare experience preferredSolid knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulationsReliable transportation with insurance

Preferred Qualifications

Peripheral IV starts/maintenance experience.IV Infusion Therapy Injection experience.Self-infusion training.Phlebotomy for adult and pediatric patients.CVAD experience & knowledge.Advanced Nursing Certifications (CRNI, OCN preferred).

Compensation Package Includes
