Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Pharmacist at Watertown Regional Medical Center. The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical care, medication management, and compounding. They will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use for patients. The Clinical Pharmacist will also provide medication counseling and education to patients and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize medication therapy.
