Are you looking for a hands-on role at a great company? As Business Controller, you will be integrated into the day-to-day activity of the business and will be responsible for managing all Accounting and Finance activity for the company, including all general accounting, manufacturing accounting, credit and collections, accounts payable, and coordination with international subsidiaries. Sauna360 Inc. Business Controller is in charge of the Finance and Accounting function of Sauna360 Inc. (Sauna360 is a subsidiary of Watkins Wellness and is located in Cokato, Minnesota).

Are you versed in Manufacturing Accounting? You will have oversight of all financial and management accounting functions.Do you have experience managing all facets of General Accounting and Finance? You will manage General Accounting for the US Company and will coordinate it for all global entities. As part of this duty, you will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and prepare consolidated financial statements. You will lead the finance and accounting function as a member of the business team and oversee the monthly closing process.Do you enjoy developing others? As our business continues to grow, we’ll look to you to ensure your team is growing and developing to meet the changing demands of our business environment. You will be responsible for attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining a diverse, successful team.Are you an agent of new? You will serve as a Continuous Improvement role model and will advocate for change to improve our operations and practices.Can you think strategically? You will develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operations information and will make feasible recommendations on both critical initiatives and operations to help smoothly run and grow the company. We’re looking for someone who knows when to dive deep and when to stay high and is able to manage both the details and big picture as necessary. You will establish controls in compliance with all GAAP and SOX requirements.Can you manage risk? We’ll look to you to continually assess processes to ensure minimal risk of financial error.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Accounting, Finance, or Business from a four-year college or university; Minimum 3 years of related experience in a manager level position, preferably in an International Organization. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word).Advanced Excel skills.Ability to understand and assess complex Finance/Accounting chain issues.Ability to summarize critical issues with resolutions and communicate to leadership.Experience training, developing and evaluating employees.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.Analytical skills and strong attention to detail.

Hiring Range: $83,900-131,890
