Institution: Community Bank Role: Compliance Specialist Reporting to: VP, Chief Compliance OfficerLocation: Northern CaliforniaSalary: ~$60,000
Role: The Compliance Specialist I performs a variety of functions with a primary focus on HMDA data information collection/reporting, in addition to consumer loan monitoring activities. This role maintains regulatory Bank compliance training records, creates and maintains department files and reports, and assists the Compliance Department as needed. This is a full-time on-site role, with a growing bank that offers a chance for increased scope and development.

Requirements: Financial Institution Experience: 3 years (Required)Regulations and Bank Policies Exposure: 1 year (Required)Must have strong proficiency in various PC applications, including MS Office Suite
