Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus benefits
We Search People is collaborating with a seasoned Commercial General Contractor in search of an adept Project Manager to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of assigned projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day field operations, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. You will actively participate in pre-construction planning, scheduling, and logistics to drive project success and uphold profitability targets.
Responsibilities:Manage and oversee field operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications.Collaborate on pre-construction activities, including scheduling, logistics planning, and resource allocation.Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding high-quality standards.Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication among project teams.Demonstrate strong leadership qualities to set and maintain high standards for project execution.
Experience and Requirements:At least 5 years of experience managing Commercial construction projects.Proven track record of success in the NJ/NY area or similar markets.Solid understanding of construction trades and technical knowledge.Highly motivated with exceptional skills in time management and prioritization.Proficient in managing all aspects of field operations.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.
