We Search People are currently working with an outstanding Remodeling & Construction company who are looking for a Residential Project Manager to be based in Washington DC.
Our client have an excellent reputation in Remodeling and Construction. They have extensive experience in design, project planning, and construction execution for custom homes. This is a permanent staff position with genuine career progression opportunities. About The Role:
As a Residential Project Manager you will be responsible for the quality remodeling of the customer’s home. You will oversee all of the administrative aspects of the project. You’ll draw upon your experience working on custom homes in the residential remodeling industry, reporting in to the VP of Operations for each project. You will manage the customer relationship ensuring that they have a positive experience. Responsibilities:
Have a good level of experience in high end residential remodeling with great attention to detail, having worked in a Residential Project Manager role previously. Capable of overseeing up to two projects simultaneously. Ensure all work is done by trades meets or exceeds quality standards. Other duties as assigned. Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for a high end residential remodeler. Extensive knowledge of residential remodeling. Honest strong character who is a problem solver. Good communication skills.
