Our client is an award winning, well established General Contractor, specializing in Commercial, projects.
Due to rapid expansion of the business, they have a new and exciting vacancy for a Construction Project Manager to join their team, on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have at 5 years’ experience in ground up commercial projects.
They are a close-knit, supportive team who have a fantastic reputation and have a great pipeline of work, so now is the ideal time to join them.
ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day field operations, quality control, and verification of compliance with submittals.Lead a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project EngineersParticipate in pre-construction scheduling, logistics, and planning.Manage several projects at one time, keeping high standards.Promote teamwork and open communication.Demonstrate leadership qualities to set standards for the team.Attend Senior Management meetings to discuss Profit/Loss, current project updates, and future projects.
