Tridion Sites Developer

As a Tridion Sites Developer, you will work as part of an innovative team building solution focused, world-class experiences – playing a key role in enhancing web presence and digital experiences. You will work with the Digital Marketing team’s agile, innovative and global operating model – focused on user experiences, development, international sites, organic search discovery, marketing technology, and data strategy services. The successful candidate should be well-versed in the Tridion Sites platform, with a strong background of content management systems and keen understanding and an extensive knowledge of back-end (.NET, C#, Ruby, Node.js) and front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

The Position:Design, develop, and maintain a large enterprise website using Tridion SitesCollaborate with a DevOps team to facilitate Tridion with other systems and technologiesAssist in the implementation of new features and functionalities in Tridion Sites.Provide technical guidance on Tridion Sites best practicesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tridion SitesPrepare and maintain technical documentation related to Tridion Sites and the websiteUtilize expertise and leverage new skills to provide business and technical value within the ecosystemBe part of an Agile development team focused on Digital Marketing objectives that directly support customer engagement and revenue streamsBe a champion of team values

Job Requirements:Excellent communication and teamwork skills (interpersonal and written)Working and displayed knowledge of Full-Stack development (back-end and front-end)Proven experience as a Tridion Sites Developer or similar role, developing and ability to optimize, QA, and deploy codeStrong understanding of the Tridion Sites platformProficient in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XMLExperience with .NET and/or JavaExpertise working in code repositories such as Azure DevOps or GitFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniquesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailWorking knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologyAbility to provide consultation for project Design and Planning phases; executes server- and client-side deliverablesTechnical knowledge to advise the Scrum Master, collaborates with stakeholders regarding development activities based on project requirements; be able to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiencesAbility and willingness to work both collaboratively and independently within a diverse team environmentInnovation within your development and are open to changeAnalytical skills and the ability to solve complex problemsAbility to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) as an enablement vehicle in your workAbility to grow skills and adapt to the shifting needs of the business
