Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site (potential for HYBRID) role for a Title Examiner at WebTitle Agency located in Rochester, NY. The Title Examiner will be responsible for conducting title searches, examining title opinions, reviewing and analyzing deeds, and researching chain of title. The role also includes managing escrow related processes.
QualificationsProficiency in conducting title searches, examining title opinions, and analyzing deedsExperience in researching and reviewing chain of titleFamiliarity with escrow proceduresStrong attention to detail and ability to work with complex legal documentsExcellent organizational and time management skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies) is preferred
