📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
This role will be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day accounting with room for growth. This role will work closely with all department managers to ensure the company is meeting its goals
Job Functions Train operations staff in Spectrum ERP functionalityMonth-end / Quarter-end / Year-end closing processBank reconciliationsBalance sheet account reconciliationsJournal entries / transactional accounting AP / AR / PR familiarity/knowledgeYE Audits / auditor interactionInter-company activity/relationshipsGenerate & Report organizational performance metrics All other duties assigned
Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or related fieldAt least 4 years’ relevant experience, Established ability using Microsoft Office software with a high proficiency with ExcelFinance analyst experience in the Construction or Renewable Energy industryMinimum five years of industry tenure. Five years of experience with ERP system
