Job SummaryAs a Law Firm Investigator, you will play a crucial role in client intake, providing exceptional customer service to clients. This full-time, remote position requires a candidate with a customer service background, preferably based in the Midwest with easy access to major airport hubs. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle escalated intake calls with care and efficiency, ensuring prompt scheduling and smooth client interactions.

Responsibilities:Manage the transfer of the client intake process, handling calls with care and efficiency, and promptly scheduling appointments;Travel to conduct thorough investigations in assigned regions, primarily focusing on the Midwest and West;Write detailed memos and executive summaries to document findings and support next steps;Provide exceptional customer service to clients, maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout all interactions;Utilize sales skills to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and convey the firm's services;Act as a liaison between clients and legal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of expectations;Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information and client cases.

Requirements:Based in the Midwest with easy access to a major airport hub;Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, primarily within the Midwest and West regions;Proven experience in sales or customer service roles;Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;Ability to work remotely and independently, managing time effectively and managing your calendar;Proficiency with computers and technology, including Microsoft Office suite;Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments;Empathetic and professional demeanor, with a commitment to client satisfaction.

The annualized salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000.The referenced salary range is based on the Firms good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
