Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation

In This Role, You Will

Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in natureReceive, log, batch, and distribute workFile, photocopy, and answer phonesPrepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mailRegularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced rolesWork under close supervision following established procedures

Required Qualifications

6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

Cash vault or cash handling experience10-key numerical data entry experienceAbility to achieve high production and quality standardsKnowledge and understanding of cash vault operationsAbility to work in a fast paced deadline driven environmentAbility to work effectively in a team environment

Job Expectations

Training: 2 weeks (on job training)Schedule: Mon-wed 3pm-8pm Thur-Fri 6:30pm-11:30pm or until work is completed (requires the flexibility to work additional hours to support business needs) Standing up to 6 to 8 hoursAbility to lift 50+ poundsAbility to work additional hours as neededThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Pay Range

$20.00 - $22.84
