In This Role, You Will

Participate in basic review, research and reporting of commercial property performanceExercise independent judgment to guide low risk deliverablesPresent recommendations for resolving less complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation, and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge and interpretation experience with Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan documentsStrong financial analysis of property cash flows, reviewing property operating statements, property rent rolls, market rents and inspection reportsExperience in commercial documentation, preparation & reviewExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsA BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, accounting, finance, or related fieldStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyIntermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skillsStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsExperience researching problems, analyzing data, and recommending potential solutionsStrong collaboration and partnering skillsAbility to navigate multiple computer systems concurrentlyDemonstrated ability to learn new softwareSolid problem solving and decision making skills

Salary range for this role is $70-$80K annually
